• Account information. When you create an account, we receive your email address and authentication identifiers from our auth provider. If you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information you authorize.
• Profile and gameplay data. Display name, avatar, puzzle progress, favorites, coin balance, premium status, and similar app state you generate by using the Services.
• Uploaded content. Images you upload to create custom puzzles, stored so you can play them.
• Device and usage data. Browser type, device type, language, referrer, pages viewed, and interaction events, collected through cookies, local storage, and server logs.
• Payment data. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details; we receive a transaction reference, amount, and status.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
• Authenticate you, sync progress across devices, and personalize your experience.
• Process purchases of premium features and coins.
• Display advertising and measure ad performance (see Section 4).
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We and our partners use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic, and (where permitted) personalize advertising. We use first-party analytics to understand aggregate usage of the Services (e.g., which puzzles are popular, error rates). These analytics are tied to anonymous session identifiers and your account where applicable, and are used to operate and improve the Services.

• Service providers that host and operate the Services on our behalf (cloud hosting, database, authentication, file storage, email delivery).
• Payment processors — Stripe, to process purchases.
• Advertising partners — Google AdSense and its certified partners, subject to your consent where required.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of GoPuzzleGo, our users, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded images are retained until you delete them or your account. Server logs and analytics events are retained for a limited operational window. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using the contact details below.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. EEA/UK/Swiss residents: our legal bases for processing are performance of a contract (operating the Services), legitimate interests (securing and improving the Services), consent (advertising cookies and personalization), and compliance with legal obligations.

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
